Bringing home a newborn baby is undoubtedly an amazing time in a family’s life full of so many emotions and so much love; however it can also be a stressful time. Professional Houston Newborn Photography is an important decision to make when welcoming a new one into the world. I understand that as new parents, or parents to a new baby, sleep is at a premium and everyone is adjusting to life at home full of constant feedings, diaper changes and the bane of my existence: incessant laundry! That is why at Moments in Light Photography I have made the experience of getting newborn portraits done as easy as possible for my clients.

My studio provides everything needed for newborn portraits from wraps and blankets in soft colors and textures, clothing for little ones as well as a full wardrobe for mothers and shirt options for fathers. The last thing that new parents want to have to think about is what to wear for portraits, so I stock my studio full of timeless clothing in neutral and soft color tones that photograph beautifully. Parents can either choose their outfits before their session at a styling appointment or the day of their portrait session. My goal is to make the process as enjoyable and easy as possible for my clients.

The clothing is not only for newborn portraits but also for maternity and baby portraits as well, so not matter what stage you are at I have options to choose from. I also offer hair and makeup for moms from a trusted makeup artist who can come to your home or the studio to make you look and feel your most beautiful.
